    • Each van has a microfiche machine to provide on the spot quotations and ordering.
    • Service is available twenty-fours hours a day, three hundred and sixty-five days a year.

    • In addition to our technicians and internal support staff, our five Customer Service Representatives (CSR) are assigned to routinely support our customers needs and concerns. CSR’s are assigned to assist managers in developing their maintenance programs and addressing all concerns. They are also responsible for helping operators to understand their equipment and how it operates. Our customer service representatives are eager to discuss your needs and concerns.   • Planned Maintenance
    • The Planned Maintenance Program (PM) is designed to:
      • Reduce downtime
      • Prolong Life Ensure safety
      • Decrease major repairs
    • The PM program includes:
      • Maintenance & safety inspections
      • Lubrication of the truck
      • Flat rate pricing per model
      • No travel fees In our experience, we have found that customers that participate in our PM program drastically reduce downtime, accidents, and expenses. Currently we have over two thousand units on this program.

  • Guaranteed Maintenance Program
    • An alternative to our PM program is the guaranteed maintenance program (GM). The GM program is an opportunity to include under one monthly payment:
      • All Planned Maintenance (PM’s)
      • Routine repairs
      • Major repairs
      • Parts
      • Travel charges
      • Loaner equipment, if necessary
      • GM program benefits are:
        • Transfers the burden of keeping costs down from the customer to MHS.
        • Eliminates Time consuming record keeping
        • Consolidates invoices.
        • For budgeting purposes, provides an even budget amount for a fixed period of time.
        • For customers that absolutely need to have their equipment running at all times; this program offers loaner equipment if trucks are going to be out of operation for more than twenty-four hours.

  • Fleet Management Reports
    • Regardless of the maintenance plan that you choose, as long as MHS provides the service for your company, we offer our fleet management reports at no additional charge. Based on invoice history we have computer programs that calculate: total maintenance costs, cost per hour and utilization rates (per unit, model, location, fleet, age, etc.). This information helps our customers manage the true economic life of equipment and how to best utilize available resources.

  • Shop Facilities
    • Our newly built shop is equipped with the tools to perform major overhauls and reconditioning. Many of our customers have found it more cost effective to recondition their own equipment as opposed to purchasing a new or used truck. We also offer programs to steam clean and evaluate equipment. Due to environmental regulations, steam cleaning is strictly prohibited at sights without a one hundred percent recyclable system. Our shop has the facility to steam clean. The benefits of steam cleaning are to remove dirt and lint from components that causes excessive heat and from items such as cylinders so that the sources of leaks can be properly identified.
